Locations in 2022
When the project kicked off in the summer of 2022, the program successfully took hold in all the hospitals of Lincoln, Nebraska. But we didn’t stop there…
Locations in 2023
In 2023 the program successfully expanded farther into Nebraska, adding 2 more locations in Crete and Merrick.
Locations in 2024
The program has expanded to Grand Island and Kearney, Nebraska. Additionally, with the successful partnership with the Heartland Health Alliance and a grant from the state of Nebraska, the program is now pending implementation in 20+ hospitals throughout the Midwest, with our sights set on expanding farther to ensure that all children have access to books to grow reading proficiency and a life-long love of reading.
